Gift certificate policies
Spa Habitat gift certificates are "as cash" and are completely transferable, and may be redeemed for any products or services at any participating Spa Habitat location. No refunds or reissues will be permitted on gift certificates. A print-out of the actual gift certificate must be presented upon redemption.
Please be careful who has access to a digital gift certificate, as it may only be reedemed once, and the only initial redemption will be honored. Spa Habitat is not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates, or for any fraud arising from the redemption or misuse of a certificate.
Expiration
Spa Habitat gift cards and gift certificates do not have any expiration dates or dormancy fees. The holder of the gift certificate or gift card may redeem it at any time at any Spa Habitat location.
Cancellation policy of the establishment
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in time. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the entire reservation may be charged.
